The Rebuilding & relining process
1: Pump out of grease trap, Remove baffles. High pressure clean and de-grease the walls and floor of the grease trap, install bypass within the tank and dry out tank.
2. Application of special formulated cementitious epoxy resin bonding primer. This formulated product when cured is equivalent to 50mm concrete in strength.
3. Application of cement polymer fibre reinforced mortar with built-in corrosion inhibitor to the walls and floor, this will build the walls and floor back to there original depth.
4. Application of epoxy resin based protective coating, this rigid and total solid coating provides protection to the concrete and materials below.
5. Remove bypass, install new HDPE baffles or re-use existing HDPE baffles. High pressure clean site.
